News: Noble Map Pack Dated & Priced.

Halo Reach is getting it’s first map pack by the end of November. 30th November to be exact. Featuring 3 new maps for Bungie’s swansong to Halo, the Noble Map Pack will cost Xbox 360 users the grand total of 800 MSP.

The Map Pack has recieved a video showing off the maps, which I have embedded at the end of this post.

The 3 maps shown are called Breakpoint, Anchor 9 and Tempest. Breakpoint is a large facility built into a large amount of Ice and Rock. It is a large asymmetrical map and looks to be ideal for Halo Reach’s Invasion mode. Anchor 9 is a map made around the Campaign level, Long Night of Solace. Specifically the section in space during the Sabre combat. It is set on one of the floating stations and similar to the already existant map, Zealot, has an section for players to fight in space. Tempest is a large assymetrical map set on a beach with a large Forerunner styled facility. It looks just like a new section of Forge World, and possibly will be used as such by the Forging community.

The Noble map pack will also update the a gamerscore for Halo Reach up to 1250g and will bring 10 new achivements, leaving a total of 59 achievements for Reach. Now, as already mentioned, I leave you with the Noble map packs, official trailer straight from Bungie’s Youtube page.
